I'm excited this week. Normally when Thanksgiving rolls around I am tired and bummed because of work, but this year I will have several of my really good friends in town and will get to spend some time with them. woo-hoo!!

On a strange note, last night we had a meeting for one of my jobs. Everyone from the studio got together to discuss some issues some of the employees have been having and to clarify some rules and processes that need to happen over the Christmas season. Everything went well until the manager opened the floor for complaints any of the girls might have while knowing full well that two of the girls hate one another. Needless to say it became a pointing fingers and yelling match between several of the girls! At one point I thought I was going to have to intervene in a physical fashion!!! But then oddly the tide of the conversation and mood turned and everyone was laughing together and drinking and having a good time. I found the whole situation a little odd and disturbing but whatever happened we will see if it solved any of the problems we have been having or will just create more. Wish me luck!

So for all of you out there who don't know yet I now have a new job!! So now I have two jobs and school. I know, I know....I'm insane. But is a person really insane if they agree and know that they are?? Anyway I do get to set my own schedule with this company. And I guess I can stop being vague. I have a job with Primerica doing financial analysis. I basically set up a financial needs plan for people to help them get out of debt and start investing money so that when the time comes to retire there will be money there for them! I get to help people and get paid well for doing it. What could be better? Except maybe just being filthy rich and only working 'cause I want to. But that won't happen for me for a few years yet. You know when I finally meet Mr. Right who is stinking rich and all we do is travel around the world basking in our financial freedom to do so. There's no harm in dreaming!!

Wow I haven't written in here in almost a month. What's wrong with me?!?!? Well about a month ago I had a friend move in with me and she will be here till December. I had to make room for her, so I tore apart my room and repainted and redecorated it. This is something that I have wanted to do for a while and finally have given myself the excuse to do it, So that took up a good chunk of my time the last week of September. Then my friend moved in and I have been tring to juggle having someone else in the house with school and work and everything else. So I have stayed busy. Tonight I was up finishing a paper for a midterm and thought that I might as well sit and catch everyone up.

Nothing much has really been going on except the usual grind of everyday life. Although I had another friend come and visit me from Japan who I hadn't seen in eight years. I really had a lot of fun while she was in town and I am hoping to make a trip to see her in Jan. This Halloween I had to dress up twice. Once was for a Fall Festival I was doing and I was dressed as a clown. The second time was for Halloween day at work. I just used the same scarecrow costume that I wore last year. I know boring but it was a really cute costume. Anyway now that it is almost 5:30 in the morning I should probably try to catch a few z's before I have to put in another full day of work and school.
