Portraits no-more?

PCA the company that runs the Wal-Mart portrait studios has declared bankruptcy! Actually as they put it the have negotiated with their lenders and come to an agreement about a Chapter 11 restructuring plan. They are so positive about this that they have left a pre-recorded message for all PCA employees to access so that they can learn about the companies plans for the future.
